PP: Polypropylene

Polypropylene, belongs to the group of polyolefins, they can be of three types:

• Homopolymer, offers a combination of excellent physical, mechanical, thermal and electrical properties, more rigid than the copolymer, but lower impact resistance.
• Copolymer, is softer and has a higher impact resistance than Homopolymer, more resistant to cracking and lower temperature toughness.
• Random, for more malleable products with greater transparency but less impact, used in various sectors such as medicine, consumer products, automotive, etc.
